Pricing

you want to pay for what gets watched, and nothing else. here’s the list.

Three plans, billed per workspace, per month. The only things we count are connected data sources and whether somebody on your side needs single sign-on. Dashboards are counted only on Oracle, where the number is five.

Oracle is $0. Prophet is $69. Pantheon is $529.

Plans

pick by how many things you want watched

Each plan includes everything on the plan to its left. Prophet adds alerts. Pantheon adds a person.

Choosing

three kinds of tuesday, three plans

Most teams know which one they are within a minute. If you are between two, take the cheaper one and watch what lands in Slack for a month.

oracle

One product, one person who checks it, and a Monday email is enough. Three sources covers events, payments and one CRM, which is the usual shape of a first funnel.

Pick this if nobody needs to be told on a Tuesday.
prophet

Several people care about the funnel and someone has to hear about a 9.5-point drop in checkout conversion before the standup. Alerts go to Slack, with the likely cause and the accounts mid-checkout.

Pick this if the dashboard is no longer the first place anyone looks.
pantheon

Retention forecasts that explain themselves, sign-in through your identity provider, roles that decide who sees revenue, and an analyst who answers by name.

Pick this if a bad week needs a written explanation by Friday.

Billing

what appears on the invoice, and when

One line per workspace. The invoice looks like this, give or take the workspace name.

What exactly is billed?

One flat monthly amount per workspace: $0 for Oracle, $69 for Prophet, $529 for Pantheon. There are no per-seat charges and no per-alert charges.

When does the charge happen?

On the day you subscribe, and on the same date each month after that. An invoice is emailed to the billing contact at 06:00 UTC on that date.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings, then Billing, then choose Cancel plan. The workspace stays on its paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Oracle.

What happens to my data if I drop to Oracle?

Nothing is deleted on the day. Oracle keeps 30 days of event history and three connected sources, so you choose which three stay connected. Dashboards past the fifth are hidden, not removed.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, in either direction, from the same Billing page. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal date.

the price list has been read. the funnel is still moving.

Oracle costs $0 and watches three data sources. Prophet costs $69 and watches fifteen. Pantheon costs $529 and stops counting.
